CSS3 background and borders CR

Just to mention that the background part of the latest document of "CSS 
Backgrounds and Borders Module Level 3" [1] is now supported in the test 
CSS validator [2].
Note that the validator in production can parse the CSS3 syntax, but will 
not generate warnings for colors set in the background shorthand property.
