Hi, I'm having problems validating a project in development. The page in question is hosted on a development server server http over ssl. The server currently does not have a valid certificate. When trying to validate the page we get: I/O Error: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target Is this really necessary, surely the validity ofan ssl certificate is a moot point to a css validator? It's worth noting that the html validation service on the w3c happily validates the same url. yours Paul -- Paul Hayes Software Developer Plug-in Media Ltd www.pluginmedia.net t: +44 (0)1273 783794 http://twitter.com/pluginmedia
