Should not css-validator.jar catch my tag name typos?

Thanks for css-validator.jar.

It is very useful. However there are some things I wonder.

1) Shouldn't it know about html tag names? Is there perhaps an option
I should use when I call it?

2) Is it possible to use this is in an editor to get "completion
candidates" at a certain point in a file? How do I get them in that
case?
