The URI is indeed valid, the '&' is used to delimit parameters. However it 
is true that if you want to put that URI in an HTML document, you have to 
escape the '&' as they are delimiters. But you can still use the 'referer' 
link

Apart from providing two versions, one as a link you can bookmark, and one 
formatted for direct copy/paste HTML use, there is nothing we can do, and 
providing two different version would make it less readable.
I will add your feedback as a request for enhancement, and see how we can 
deal with that requirement.
