xhtml link code for valid css does not work !!!

I have used the w3c css validator to validate my css codes. The codes have
been properly validated, but the xhtml link code provided by w3c does not
work. Instead of showing the “Congratulations! No Error Found.” , page it
shows me the page on HYPERLINK
"http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/"http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/.


It seems that there is an error in the XHTML link code provided after the
css validation. Please do provide the right code!
