Changing URL in validating icon when a page has validated successfully

Hi!

When you've successfully validated a page you come to a page telling you
that "Congratulations! No Error Found." Below that there are icons with
example XHTML so that you may add them to your site, but it would be useful
if the link doesn't just go to the validating service, but to the actual
validation results (and thus should be
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check/referer).
