Hello! <http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/syndata.html#charset> clearly states that style sheets may contain an UTF-8 byte-order mark. When there is no "charset" parameter and no @charset rule, user agents must observe the BOM to determine the encoding. However, <http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http://schneegans.de/temp/with-bom.css> returns a "Parse Error". This bug is troublesome especially for users of Expression Web, which uses UTF-8 and BOMs by default.
