RE: Local Install Problem

Thanks for your help Olivier,
After a restart of Tomcat (something I hadn't done since putting the
web.xml in the WEB-INF) I saw an error regarding permissions. Fixed that
and now I have a working css validator.

Now I just hope my web designers use the tool :-)
