problems with CSS Validator

Hello,
  I was trying to validate my CSS and some of the pages of my website validate and some of them give me the below error.
  The website I am working on is: http://www.allseasonsrealestateappraisal.com/
  The pages with CSS error are http://www.allseasonsrealestateappraisal.com/listings.html and http://www.allseasonsrealestateappraisal.com/auctions.html
  It is odd because other pages with the same CSS validate, yet these 2 pages give me the following error. I/O Error: Stream closed. 
  Can you please look into this and find out what is the bug that is causing this?
