Anchors and Background-Color

Hello,

Just one small thing you guys _may_ have overlooked in the validator.

If you declare a background-color as "transparent" it will still give 
you the following warning:
Line : 13 (Level : 1) You have no background-color with your color : a:link

even though your documentation suggests that this is correct. I don't 
know if this is something that was overlooked while coding the 
validator, or whether there are issues surrounding "background-color: 
transparent" and anchor elements specifically.
