Css not reading css file

Hello! I try to validate my .css file and when y upload it it validates,
when i do it using the url doesn't. Tells : "div.clear
                       Parse Error - [ empty string ]."
It is div.clearing and doesn't read the entire file.
If you need to check my .css just ask, I really want to validate it. Thanks
