missing support for opacity and text-justify: inter-word;

Hi there,

In previous versions, inter-word has passed the check as a property of
text-justify correctly, now it appears support has been deprecated?

also when are you gonna sort out opacity as a property, seeing as MS support
it with their filter:alpha, moz do with opacity, and opera do with
-moz-opacity...

wouldn't be too difficult to add it to the css3 spec now would it?
