line and column number in ParseException

Hi there,

as an enhancement of org.w3c.css.parser.analyzer.ParseException, I would 
like to ask you to provide the line and column numbers that seem to be 
avaliable in the getMessage() method via getLineNumber() and 
getColumnNumber() methods explicitly.
