Differences in Reports

Hello --

When I validate my webpage by typing the URI into the the main CSS page
it returns that I have valid CSS.
 
Use the button link to the validator thought that I placed on the bottom
of my webpage it returns an error in validation.

I was wondering why the different ways to access the validator would
return different results.
