wrong line for generic font-family warning

The error message for
"font-family: You are encouraged to offer a generic family as a last
alternative"

mistakenly refers to the first line containing font-family in the CSS,
rather than to the specific line where the problem occurs.

As an example:
http://tinyurl.com/2kvsb
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ic.sunysb.edu%2Fstu%2Fdkhalily%2Fcse336%2Fhw3b%2Fw3c_example.html

In this example, the relevent generic font-family is missing from line
161, not line 7 as the validator reports.
