CSS Validator Tar Ball?

Hello -

 

I checked the FAQ and noticed that the only zip file you have is the
file from 2001.  Is this the most current tar/zip file available for the
CSS Validator?  I am trying to get the CSS validator up on an internal
machine within my network and I'm a little lost as to what files I need.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
