Hi,

  org/w3c/css/parser/Config.properties associates the property
'properties3' with 'org/w3c/css/properties3/CSS3Properties.properties'
which is actually called
org/w3c/css/properties3/Css3Properties.properties. Either the config
file should be fixed or the file renamed, otherwise the file will not be
found from case-sensitive file systems or zip/jar/etc. packages.
