Not yet. It will go online as soon as it is tested. I'm doing most of the
programming work at the moment, but decisions about when it goes online are
not made by me. You can quite easily download Jigsaw's newest version and
install the validator on your own machine.

No, I'm not aware of any timeout problems yet and don't have access to the
server either. I assume the people who do have read this message and will
probably have a look at it.
