Upload validation page errors

To whom it may concern,

I am in the United States Air Force stationed in Germany. I am learning CSS in a distance education college class over the internet. I really Iike xhtml and CSS. Your validation pages are great! I and some other students (including the instructor) are having trouble with the CSS upload validation page. If we try to use it on our pages that have already validatied xhtml-strict we get the following error message:

To work as intended, your CSS style sheet needs a correct document parse tree. This means you should use valid HTML.

Then a whole list of unreconized parse errors that should be O.K. Then if we take the same page, without changing it and upload it to a web server and validate it using your CSS url page, we get congradulations there are no errors. Just though we would let you know; it is a little more inconvient having to upload them to the web server before everytime we validate them. Thanks!!!

Again, great job on your services and thanks for your time and efforts.
