There's a very simple test case at <http://schneegans.de/temp/inline-style.html> which contains some invalid CSS in a style attribute. However, <http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fschneegans.de%2Ftemp%2Finline-style.html> just says "No error or warning found" and "No style sheet found".
