No style sheet found

I can't validate this url:

http://www.arkania.org/~dense13/wec/curscss/curscss.php?seccio=0&capitol=0

I get a 'No style sheet found' message. But there are three .css files (with
the <link> element). The starting page for this site is
http://www.arkania.org/~dense13/wec/curscss
and it validates perfectly. Are the paramateres passed with the url a
problem? More likely, the fact that the site uses session tracking is a
problem? Thanks in advance,
