CSS validator error page errors

Philippe/Sijtsche:

It seems that the CSS validator error page is not valid HTML (or
at least it's not in a form that browsers can handle).

Note how the <ul> tag doesn't have a matching </ul> tag:

<div><h3>URI : <a href="http://www.sociables2.org/basic">http://www.sociables2.org/basic</a></h3><ul>
<li>Line: -1
<p>File not found<span class='error'>http://www.sociables2.org/basic: Not Found</span>
</p></li></div>

</div>

That was from accessing the URI:

  http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sociables2.org%2FEvent%2Fevent_detail.asp%3Fid%3D476&warning=1&profile=css2

at least as of 2001-10-02, when a "link" element referred to
an invalid URI.
