You point to a non-existent DTD in your document type declaration, use
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-...dtd instead of
"DTD/xhtml1-...dtd". This was discussed very often during the last days,
please consider reading through the archives before you post next time,
