http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ (at least the german version of
the page) points to
http://www.xml.com/xml/pub/tools/ruwf/check.html
as XML well-formedness checker. This URI is broken,
http://www.xml.com/pub/a/tools/ruwf/check.html works
(until some clueless people consider it a good idea to move things
around again...)
