CSS freaking out netscape 4.7 from Tim Blankenship on 2001-03-23 (www-validator-css@w3.org from March 2001)

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody could take a look at this 
page

For some reason the CSS is making the page display 
incorrectly in netscape 4.7, I used the CSS validator 
and it came through as valid code. We are using this 
CSS code on several pages and most of the them are 
displaying fine, but some pages, like this one, some 
of the content is cut-off on the top or bottom of the 
page.

Any help is appreciated.
