Can you explain to me how I can validate my CSS?
The following message appears, although the xml-declaration is in fact at de very beginning of the document. Look in the source of de following web-page: http://www.tinelli.nl/xhtml/TEMPLATE.php3
The validator message is:  "Please, validate your XML document first! Line 1Column 8. The XML declaration may only appear at the very beginning of the document. "
