Thanks for the feedback, I've changed the SYSTEM identifier as you suggested.

Unfortunately, I can't test this because
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check/referer
is giving a "404 Not Found" response.

I noticed this a few days ago but thought the server might just be down temporarily.

Can anyone on the list shed any light on this?
