CSS Validator problems?

Hi,

I was checking my stylesheets and ran into some trouble.

I keep getting two warnings that seem totally bogus to me. You can

I have tried various options, setting either background or background-color
or using #<color> or named color notations, nothing helps. Am I missing
something?
