future work on TV URI

since the work on the TV URI seems to have come to a stable state,
i'd like to do a teleconference in which we discuss the remaining
issues and future steps

i tentatively scheduled a telecon on
Tue Dec 15, noon to 1 eastern time

Please tell me if you can make it at this date. Please only
participate at this meeting if you're interested in discussing
technical details of the URI spec(s).
