I need information and bibliography about Web ..
too information about

 - how  design home page for web
 - Guidelines for building web system
 - tools for create web system
 - How development multimedia system information (analysis and
   design) or web system information

I begin work in web, i don't very much ..in my university we want
development Information system the university with web..

the web is new in my country, recently connect to internet (on line)
But I still access way e-mail.. by reason  I know little web..
and I'm beginning a research
