What about tkWWW?!!!!!! Late in '92 tkWWW supported applets in TCL. I played with imbedded TCL in html documents in early '93. This "feature" was disabled because security was non existant-- but the concept was discussed and demonstrated. tkWWW was appearently the first web programmable web robot. jim@njit.edu
