Hi, I have installed Perl development kit on my M/C. My Perl executable is at c:\perl\bin\perl.exe. I am using MS Personal Web Server 4.0 & I want to run a .pl file(perl script) as a cgi script. But when I invoke the perl script through a HTML form, the following error comes - "HTTP Error 405 405 Method Not Allowed The method specified in the Request Line is not allowed for the resource identified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper MIME type set up for the resource you are requesting. Please contact the server's administrator if this problem persists." 1. I have tried setting MIME type through Windows Explorer/View/Folder Options/File Types, and also 2. Associating .pl with perl.exe in Windows Registry regedit/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/CurrentControlSet/Services/W3SVC/Parameter s/Script Map But still I am getting this error. Can somebody tell me the correct way of solving the problem, and I will be greatful. Thanks --Mukul Gandhi
