SOFTWARE: Chrono v1.0: Automatic "What's New" Tool announcement

CHRONO (Chronological Awareness Tool)
=====================================

CHRONO is a tool for maintaining "what's new" information for a
web site. It automatically generates a HTML document that details
recent creation/modification of webpages in reverse chronological
order.

Frequently, visitors of a website would want to know what new
relevant information resources (e.g., webpages, pictures,
programs) have been created and modified recently. Such
chronological awareness for visitors has often provided via
"What's New" pages maintained by website administrators. However
such a manual scheme for chronological awareness relies on timely
update made by the administrators.

CHRONO alleviates such maintenance task from the site
administrators. In addition, it provides site visitors a more
reliable, consistent, and accurate "What's New" awareness. One
main advantage of CHRONO is that once it's set, it will
automatically generates chronological awareness information for
visitors without the time-consuming, error-prone way of manually
updating "What's New" page.
