Request to fix broken links in "Usage Patterns For Client-Side URL parameters"

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a
W3C document titled "Usage Patterns For Client-Side URL parameters"
available at the following URL: https://www.w3.org/2001/tag/doc/hash-in-uri

While reviewing the document, I noticed that the internal links for "This
version" and "Latest Version" within www.w3.org/TR/ are both leading to 404
pages.

This is important guidance in the creation of web standards.  As such, I
kindly request that you consider addressing the broken links and updating
the document as necessary to ensure its continued relevance and usefulness.

updates or improvements to the document.
