Hi Heather - thanks for your message. The TAG stands by that document and we probably we are not intending to update it. However we are working on a new privacy principles document with a task force that has been convened in the past month which could provide some additional definitions that you might find useful. We haven't got to first working draft stage yet but this should be forthcoming soon. In the mean time, I do suggest taking a look at the Ethical Web Principles[1], Privacy Questionnaire[2] and especially the Web Platform Design Principles[3] for additional definitions and work that you might find useful.
