We’ve been exploring Director-free for a while, but until Mike’s comment, we had not seen it as a priority, as we currently have a Director and he has not yet suggested he’ll step down. So, we are prepping against the time he decides to, I think.

That may well be sync’d with the legal entity transition, as many of the same documents get edited for that.

Going d-free before that would take conversation with the Director, I think...

This is listed as one of the 2019 AB priorities (as a subitem of the Legal Entity project), so we should make this steady progress on it. When we'll actually land it is a separate question, that depends on when the Director steps down, which isn't expected to happen for a while. But that shouldn't prevent us from getting ready.
