Open Issues on Security Questionnaire

Hi Wendy - we're working through our open issues on other random things
that TAG has been woking on we've found that there are a bunch of open
issues on Security Questionnaire

working on these possibly with your help, can you let us know if this
version fo the document has been superseded by something?
