Hello, TAG!

No sooner than I--hadn't--completed the "HTML as Custom Elements"
project, I cooked up more cooky stuff!

This time, the subject of exploration is the lowest-level plumbing of
the platform: https://github.com/dglazkov/tubes

It's only tangentially related to the HTML as Custom Elements work
(for explaining the magic that lives outside of the rendering engine),
but it might be interesting to you from the overall web platform
architecture perspective.

As always, PRs/forks/issues are welcome.
