Hi Jeni: A couple of quick comments: 1. MHTML is a packaging format. Why is it not suitable? Need to say something about it. 2. ZIP has lossless compression. That's part of its popularity. Can we do compression? 3. Would it be possible to create a streamable version of ZIP?
