Hi, I have checked in a new editor's draft of the "Best Practices for Fragment Identifiers and Media Types" document, at: http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/doc/mimeTypesAndFragids-2012-07-01.html This incorporates (I think!) the changes that were suggested during the F2F and our call on 21st June. I'd like us to be able to resolve to publish this editors draft as a First Public Working Draft on our next call, so please review this document and flag up any issues that would prevent it being published before that call, so that I have a chance to fix them. As you will recall, there is some urgency as we would like the IETF's Media Type Registration document to refer to this one, and we can't ask them to do that until it is published in some form. Noah, I have set ACTION-729 to Pending Review, which will hopefully prompt you to put this on the agenda of our next call, but please take this email as an explicit request for you to do so.
