Note that I am not on www-tag.
I am chair of the "Revising W3C Process" Community group[0], and began a
thread there [1]. That group's only role is to suggest ways to improve
W3C, and it has the attention of at least the AB's current editor for the
process document (me), and probably others who are listed as participants.
