Larry: thank you so much for getting this done, and for giving me a dated 
URI too. I have updated both copies of the Thursday agenda to reference 
this new draft.

Henry: does this get you to the point where you'd be OK voting for FPWD? 
I'd like to avoid further delays if possible. Thank you.
