The TAG call of 9 August is hereby cancelled, as there were no sufficiently 
substantive matters ready for discussion.

Reminder, the call of 16 August was also cancelled awhile ago, so our next 
call will be on 23 August. Ashok hopes to have for us a new draft on 
publishing and linking.
