No, it's not. The resolution did not change HTML processing to make it possible to declare any prefixed namespaces or to cause unprefixed elements to end up in namespaces other than HTML, SVG and MathML. The resolution sought to permit (when RDFa in HTML is taken as an applicable specification) certain syntax, but permitting that syntax was not coupled with processing model changes that'd make the syntax declare namespaces. -- Henri Sivonen hsivonen@iki.fi http://hsivonen.iki.fi/
