Hello,

With respect to [ACTION-301], I have written a quick introduction to  
the IETF HyBi activity and the WebSocket protocol and API. It's  
currently at http://jkemp.net/tag/hybi.html. The references list gives  
more detailed information about these activities, and is the work upon  
which I've based this document (any mistakes in transcription are mine).
