            afternoon to morning, to avoid conflict with the TPAC

          + Reminder that a [15]Call for Exclusions has been sent for
            patents relating to the [16]First Public Working Draft of
            our Finding on Usage Patterns For Client-Side URL
            parameters (call for exclusions [17]update). The call for
            exclusions ends 22 October 2009.
