Near final draft of TAG finding on the Self-Describing Web

As agreed on today's TAG teleconference, I have made a small change to
chapter 6 of the draft TAG finding on the Self-Describing Web. The new
version is available at [1,2]. The particular sentence that was changed
was:

<original>
In fact, the specifications for the Web can be very useful in proving that
a document was indeed published containing the statement: "Senator Smith
is a Liar and a Thief!".
</original>
<new>
In fact, the specifications for the Web can be useful in establishing that
a document was indeed published containing the statement: "Senator Smith
is a Liar and a Thief!".
</new>

The TAG has made a tentative decision that we will, on our call next week,
adopt this text as an approved TAG finding (we are especially looking for
confirmation and/or comments from TAG members who were nto available on
the call today -- see minutes of today's call when they become available.)
 Accordingly, the status section of the new draft says:

<status>
This document has been produced for the W3C Technical Architecture Group
(TAG). It is an editor's draft that has not been approved by the TAG.
During its teleconference of 15 January, 2009, the TAG reviewed the
previous draft of 14 January, 2009. Two small changes were requested to
section 6 Accountability and Grounding Information in the Web, and those
are reflected in this draft (see sentence beginning "In fact, the
specifications...".) Unless TAG members raise addition concerns between
now and then, the TAG intends to take a decision on its teleconference of
22 January 2009 to publish this version of the document (with suitable
final editorial changes) as an approved TAG finding.
</status>

Thank you.
