TAG Finding Passwords in the Clear is published

The TAG Approved Finding Passwords in the Clear has been published at

I did all the actions from the last telcon.  I note that there has been
ongoing discussion on the www-tag list, but I did not hear any TAG members
rescind their vote to publish the approved finding.
