Comments to Associating Resources with Namespaces

Hi,

I think that the following nature keys should be added into spec, as 
list is based on quite old RDDL 1.0:

RELAX NG schema in XML syntax
RELAX NG schema in compact syntax
ISO Schematron
NVDL

It might be also useful if it is possible to have nature keys for 
stylesheets in different languages (CSS, XSL) producing different output 
formats (HTML, PDF, ...). But might be this is too much for RDDL.
