Hi all,

I have a stunning proposal for what to call our 3 sets:
- Defined Text Set is the "small part" of the bulls-eye
- Accept Text Set is a superset of the Defined Text Set, which adds in
any items unknown or not defined in the Defined Text Set
- Unknown Text Set is the set of items in the Accept Text that are not
Defined Text Set.
